has anyone used Robust IT, i spoke their sales people during the week, they seemed very reasonable. has anyone here used them?

I am looking for a self study option at the moment.

My advice would be to do your research, both here and on google to see what peoples opinions are and have been.

 

You can get free resources anywhere if you look around the net depending on what to do. A home lab set up will help as well if you can afford it

For instance, type in professer messer in google, and hey presto.... free comptia and network+ vids

Hi, My brother -in-law used them last year for his MCSA/CCNA training. Without going into too much detail I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere. (do your research) I look up to my brother-in-law regarding his decision making (accrued a nice property portfolio over the last 10 years) but I have never heard him swear so much or get so stressed when it came to dealing with Robust. They offered sub standard materials and reneged on a load of promises..

I had a look at the feedback you kindly posted, not positive but a co-incidence this week one of my work colleagues told me he bought a course from Robust I.T a few months ago, he showed me some of the material, said he was not impressed with any of it and had not used it. I had a look at it TBH not worth a penny, just cheap looking screenshots.
I will keep looking around

Why do you want to go with a training provider? If you're looking for online resources try credible sites like Udemy, CBT Nuggets, How to network.

I've just completed the MTA Security and MTA Server with Robust IT and I'm really surprised on finding negative reviews. I Had difficulty at the start, as I've never done any online study before, but they gave me loads of help and advice before and after I failed the first exam. They even gave me access to a classroom to give me more resources, before I resat my exam and I scored an impressive 98%!
I found them friendly and really on the ball when it came to supporting me. I'll use them again for my Network +.
