     I thought the UK had the most zombie PCs in the world lol
     although that could of been per capita
     
     saying that european PC and net usage is generally way higher per capita than say, the US, so perhaps the studies dont take that into account? dunno, interesting read tho, we all really need to do something about user education though hehe
