Just wanted to let you now that I'm currently trying DreamLinux, a Debian based distro.

    Initial reaction: WOW!

Plus the Mac-like interface is nice.

Way cool, T_G. Anything to make the Mac users at work raise an eyebrow is enough for me to try ;)

Like all that eye candy do you? :biggrin

I've played around with my Debian desktop quite a bit at times and had compiz, fusion, and the emerald theme manager up and running a couple of times. It was pretty sharp looking, but I run so many servers in the background that I need the resources all the eye candy eats up so I got rid of the eye candy.

BTW, have you played with the package management system yet? What do you think of it compared to Fedora's?
