WUS 3 Stuck!

My WUS is stuck on 00 of 780MB of downloads, I have restarted the service with no result.
Don’t know if this is relevant but we had a new firewall install last week, all the ports for updates are open tho

Do you mean WSUS is stuck?

Everything was working fine before the firewall was installed?

Can the server connect to the Internet?
