Got a slight problem with the phonetic guide in Word 2007 (mutter). When you install the input language for windows, it allows you to enter chinese (or other languages, but i dont care about them) into the system.

Apparently, in word (and ive seen this work on 2003), once you enter a character, you can use the phonetic guide and it will display the pinyin above the characters.

However, on my install, when I try this, all I get is a box with the ruby text fields blank. If I want it, I have to enter it myself - and it doesnt seem to play well with my macros for pinyin.

Supposedly this should be able to be set automatically, but I have no idea what I need to do to fix it.

    Anyone got any ideas?
