Windows overiding my antivirus? wtf?

    hey all - was just doing a spybot scan and and i noticed two strange entries - can anyone tell me what they actually do and why? (if they do what they say they do, then it's just a mite bit worryng.. :blink )

    Windows Security Center.AntiVirusOverride: Settings (Registry change, fixed)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusOverride!=dword:0

    Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, fixed)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify!=dword:0

    Just had a look and I think it is to disable the annoying bubbles that pop up by the clock warning you that your antivirus is off / out of date, firewall is off etc. dword:0 means than the disabling is disabled, or the feature is on.
