    Hi Guys,

I want to do a developer certification on VB.net. The new MSTS certification really confuses me. Before I can do a MCSD and i will be doing a

    1 Web Application Development exam
    1 Windows Application Development
1 Web Services and Server Components Development
1 Solution Architecture (mostly theory on Software Development on .net)
    1 Elective.

    This certification looks complete.

Now what ever i see or think of doing seem so incomplete. One exam or two exam.. and i dont think i can call my self i know a lot with one particular exam that could get me bettwe knowledge or better job.

Why is this that way? WHat kinda MSTS has helped people ? Did any one get a new jobs/promotions after one of any MSTS developer exams ?

please let me know. I am a confused soul

Thanks every one who read and responds this query.

    Regards,
    Shiyam

Here is the official MS Upgrade Paths Poster :- View attachment VSMap[1].pdf

You can get MCPD in three exams now, it sounds like you are decribing the old MCSD track, this track expires in March 2009.

As always go to the source for full information :-
