I have a job interview as a Helpdesk Analyst :D

One of the requirements is that I am “familiar with EAB, Windows XP, Office Applications, and E-Mail.”

Please can anybody help me out?

    Thanks

    David.

not sure either, when's the interview, see if you can phone them up and find out what EAD stands for... sometimes, one abbreviation for software is abbreviated for a number of software, which are totally different...

I've never heard of it, and never used it. Seemes a little bit odd that they are specifying familiarity with a tool like that for helpdesk staff if you ask me...
