VMWare Tutorials Anyone?

I seem to have become an active poster on this VMWare forum and i was wondering for those of you that have used this product would it be possible (time permiting) to post HOW-TOs as to installing OS's or guide as to how to create a Virtual Network or even address things like how to simulate a PXE boot (just the client that is)... from my personal point of view i would be interested in getting Server 2003 and XP up an running and maybe Ubuntu too. I d/l the trial and now waiting for the real thing so if the questions seem a little DUH sorry

Only just installed vmware myself Zim and still 'messing' around with it.

I been sniffing around the web for some documents regarding vmware and its uses / benefits etc.
