Microsoft's got some online virtual sandbox labs that I've used. Pretty cool setup!

Amazingly, I haven't yet used Boson's NetSim product. At some point, I'm sure I will... but I've got a lab full of real routers that I can access here in the office. :)

EDIT: I've used VMWare and VirtualPC... thought you meant actual virtual labs, not just virtual OSes. :)

I use VMware Workstation 5.5...primarily for writing books at this point. In just about all my writing, I have to produce a bunch of "labs" for the book and working on the platform in question in a virtual environment is a must.

I've used some, but mostly just to play around and see how they compare to the real thing. As for a lab, I have access to multiple racks (mostly Cisco) so that's where I really have some fun :)

VMWare server and workstation and now also with ESX. Played around a little with Virtual PC and server from MS but didn't like them much.
