    For some reason, one of our users is stuck in the American format for dates.
    The BIOS and regional settings are correct; UK English but it displays month, day, year.
    Another user has logged on to the machine and it displays the English format so have ruled out the machine.
    Looked at the properties for the user (within AD) and the Region is listed as UK.
    Any ideas?

    when the user is logged on go to:

    Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Under the Regional Options Tab click on Customise. You should be able to manually make the needed changed in there. 8)

    Thanks Si. All users are locked out of Control Panel... Working on it now :thumbleft
