    Hello,

I would like to know if it's still recommended to study for 70-270 base XP exam, and which ones will be successors to this exam?
i.e. I would like to know which exams will be 'base client exams' for Vista and Win7 (something like 70-270 but for Vista and Win7).

    Thanks!

    Hi,
Its very much still worth sitting 70-270 as the majority of businesses use XP as its client OS.
70-620 is the Vista Client Exam and 70-680 is the Win 7 Client exam.

I did 270 and enjoyed studying for it. I've got 620 which was interesting too but I'd say get 270 and then do 620 and or 680 at some point in the future.

I'd agree, not too many companies want to entertain vista, and most admins I speak to are still nervous about win 7 in a production environment, seeing as it's so new.
