ok, i take it these prepare you for the exam.

my stupid question is that if the official ms press or sybex books are supposed to cover all the material in the exams, what are the extra benefits of using an exam cram?

are they just shorten summaries of the main books used?

    cheers.

Actually the MS Press book does not cover *all* the material for the exam. It does cover many of the objectives but you will need to read some of the resources on Technet and setup a lab to test some of the concepts covered in the exam if you want to increase your chances of passing first time.

Lab work will help you in regard to sims which feature in many of the MCP exams.
