SP4 & Problems

Don't know if this is the right place, but I'm sure it will be moved if not!!

Have installed SP4 on my home machine (W2K) and am now having problems shuting the machine off, in fact it restarts.

Any ideas

Bit more info. At the point of shutdown, the pc actually bluescreens and then restarts. I would love to tell you the message but the bluescreen is only there for like 0.5 seconds.

Any thoughts
