    I’m not one for these kinda threads but this guy was a f**king God in my eyes when I was growing up. Was feeling the same way when Dimebag Darrell died.

    Regardless of what kinda music you are into these guys played music they truly believed in – not like the cr@p in the charts today.

    I've always found that metal required musical skills akin as those for jazz, since their mutual (if different) complexities demand it.

    I was unaware that he had played only once with the band since 2011, after contracting a flesh-eating disease which was originally theorized to have been caused by a spider bite. :ohmy
