    Hi sparky

Im using one of thos BT box things, ive got a belkin Acess point in my server machine, should i be looking at using RRAS?
Or should I connect it to one of the client machines and then use that as the host to the internet, so sharing it to the other machines in the domain, can you do that?

    Cheers

A BT home hub? If so you should be able to connect all the devices to it and configure a basic LAN.

RRAS is an option if you want to use it, I have my modem patched into one of the network cards for internet connectivity. The other two network cards have there own subnet each so can mess around with some routing.

Ive already created a workgroup and am sharing the connection that way, I just want to set up the environment in the way that I said for study purposes, basically have a single server network all with access to the internet, I mean which ever ways easiest, sorry if I sound a bit silly  Ihaven't picked up my books for a while, you know its surprising how quickly you forget stuff

    thanks,
