dunno if anyone else has heard this...but I just came across the news myself and if u ask me...about time too cos a) he was not happy b) he would have left anyway and c) Alex watch your back cos he will be a brilliant manager....but on a more funny note I cant stop laughing as I dont like Man Utd...and to make things worse Portsmouth are said to be interested in haviing Roy Keane play for them....sorry to all Man Utd fans out there but after the rant he made following your loss to Boro it was only a matter of time...

every team needs the midfield stalwart to succeed, arsenal lost viera, look what happened, took a fairly big nose dive in success.

i'm guessing that ,especially with the season already well under way, Man U will find it tough without him......HA!!

 

Sad day for me and united

Being a big united fan myself,i must admit i was shocked by the news.

Yes it was going to happen one day but i thought he would at least see out he's contract until the end of the season.

As for he's rant after some P*ss poor performances from he's teammates,thats just Roy Keane for you,if he thinks it he will say it.

I hope that one day he finds he's way back,cos yeah he will be a great manager.

As i said,sad day for united and also the Prem League, in the loss of one of the modern games true legends.

When Cantona left some said we would not cope, but we did.

Maybe not for a couple of years as Chelsea may well dominate with the quality they have, but I am sure we will come back again, even with the Americans in charge!

ROY KEANE HAS LEFT MAN UTD!!! quite frankly I am glad...cos he was gonna leave sooner or later...and yes Man Utd may have lost some really good players in the past and bounced back but Keane was the rock at Utd and if u ask me this is just the start of the decline of what was once the best club in the World (yikes did I just say that?!?!?! I need to get some therpay after this!!!)

 

He is one of the all-time United greats. I am sad to see him go.
