Hi All

We currently use Vertitas Repilcation Exec to do our data replication, however we are currently bumpumping up against its upper limits (it doesnt do notifications, doesnt support 64 bit os etc) so we are looking to replace it the new piece of software needs to

Support 32 and 64 bit OS
Send notificications of completion and errors
allow cross office replication via the WAN
have options for differential copy


So any ideas?

Robocopy. It can do everything you want (with blat or a similar command-line mailer for notifications) and is free. Other than that, you might want to look at Second Copy or (I hate myself for saying this since its a CA product and they make the worst product ever to have seen the light of day (ArseServe), but you might also try XOSoft
