    Morning,

I don't have the option to recall email in my Outlook 2003 using an Exchange account. Is there something that needs to be setup on the server for this function to work?

    Cheers

You need to open the sent email and click on Actions. There you will find the options to retieve the email. That's on Outlook 2003.

and of course if the network administrator is allowing that kind of action.

    Hey AJ,

I know where to look in Outlook, it's just the option isn't there!

How do I enable the Exchange server to allow mail recall?

Don't forget that the recall will only work in the exchange environment. Once out into the Internet then no recall is possible.

Which is why I feel that recall is less useful than some would have you think! :biggrin
