Say i pass the 272 Exam and then go to the MS Site and request the Starter Pack

Does the Starter Pack include a certificate? Even tho i haven't done the 271 exam?

Hiya, I'm at a training academy, and we've just starded the MCDST

We've been told to take the 70-272 before the 70-271

I think if you use to doing desktop support i.e. dealing pst files, email problem, profiles, & Windows apps etc I think you may find it easier to do the 272 first!

After passing one of the exams, you'll become an MCP, which pretty much means you've passed one Microsoft exam. I'm not sure if they still send out certificates for the MCP...you won't get the MCDST certificate until you pass both exams.
