Q&A practice book - any good?

I'm taking my Net+ test in about ten days. Awhile back I bought this book:

Somehow I never noticed the giant "2005" written on the cover. I'm wondering if this set of Q&A is too out of date at this point? On the other hand, I couldn't find anything more recent.

Has anyone used this book to practice recently? Did it reflect well on the actual test?

That book will be out of date because it's for the recently retired N10-003. You will be taking the N10-004.
That's not to say that some of it won't be useful, but you'll need to refer to the N10-004 objectives to figure out which questions are relevant and which aren't.
