What software updates would you recommend?

 

Not trying to be-little you, but if you are planning to upgrade it, i think you would be better speaking to a computer shop, who can do this far you, unless you are confident that you will be able to manage this alone. We are help to help but some things are better left to "the professionals".

 

Ive changed components in computers before - but i have had people advising me (like you guys). With the software i just wanted to get the opinions on what updates could make these machine better and I'm pretty confident in doing the practical sides of things but not so confident in the theory sides. :0)

 

what do you want to use this computer for? studies, gaming, or both?

 

general use, a little gaming, download alot of music/movies. Thats it really

 

upping the ram would be all you need to do, using crucials scanner as said will tell you what type of RAM you need.

 

ive ordered the RAM so just sit and wait for it!

 

or you can going with your A+ studies...
