Nearly forgot that I passed 70-534 some time ago. Architecting Azure Services.

this is an obligatory exam for all Microsoft consultants and goes to show that the company is increasingly taking cloud services into account with multiple workloads.

I would recommend the exam to many as these things will become more and more prominent.

Also, it's not that easy due to the many technologies it covers, from SSO and identity management, to the different storage platforms (sql, tables, blobs, local...) and access rights including security down to the network layer, and multiple lengthy case scenarios with around half a dozen questions each.

So good luck to any that wanna attempt it :) This exam really helps you understand Azure very well.

yeah, it was a bit of a PITA from the difficulty perspective as it also covers things like website and application design and deployment (and I'm not that hot when it comes to those aspects) including notification services, service hub, hybrid deployments and even the entire System Center suite. Be prepared! This is not an exam you pass with minimum preparation :\

Indeed I'm only loosely aware of anything application related being more of an infrastructure guy, I'll definitely fail this one I think

Shini what do you make of Reports of Amazon joining forces with rackspace. Seems a bit harsh seeing as rackspace partnered with Microsoft not long ago,
