Those are two of my favorites, tho techtarget gives a more detailed explanation of IT terms and concepts. Webopedia is good for a quick definition. You can also go to Google and type in *define "whatever-technical-term-you-want"* without the asteriks and you have a better than even chance of getting a list of definitions for the term you put in.

 

Yup Trip, I like the google thing, also if you add a colon after define, it forces google to display definitions in a dictionary like context.

im a big fan of googles define: feature now, i use whatis as well, but its so ad ridden and slow these days i often just cant be bothered
