Hi there Amine, and a warm welcome to you :)

No way are you too old for a career change. What area of IT interests you, and what experience do you have so far ? Once we know a bit more, we'll be able to offer loads more advice (if needed, that is)

    Enjoy :)

    Thanks Jakamoko.

I have been playing with computers for quite a long time now, always loved it, but instead went for a degree in finance and banking.. got bored of it so started my own business got bored again so decided that I needed some fresh air, so moved to the UK.
I would say that I am an intermediate IT user, got in the cert game because I got a mortgage and bills to pay so cannot afford to go on a full time degree. passed my n+ and the first mcp win2k and studying for the win2k server.... finding it hard to get motivated and to focus, but hanging in there. everyday is a challange.... had to learn a new language ... new style of life, make new friends, find a girlfriend....bought a house .... and still going...

oh yeah I am leaning towards network administration....

well that's all for now, thanks for the warm welcome mate !

As you will soon see you are never to old to change your career path. I was 36 when I took the plunge, and I'm certainly not the oldest:blink

Greetings, KrissKross. Welcome to CertForums. I've known plenty of people that start a new career in middle age or even older, including me. Starting a new career when you aren't even 30 must be like a walk in the park. We'll all be glad to give you a helping hand. Cheers. :)
