3 months into my new job with hewlett packard and i've learnt more about networking than i have done trying to self study for the network plus in the past 6 months, granted working full time did not help.

was surprised to get the job, as no IT qualifications and little end user support.

hopefully a wonderfull start to an IT career

cheers apexes, am just on printer side at moment but i think i will gain more knowledge here as i deal with OS from windows XP to 7 and Mac 10.4 to 10.7, so its a wide range of aspects to be picking up on, could not have asked for a better first job in IT.
