Hello everyone! I have been looking high and low for answers on where to begin in the IT field. Most of the time, it all begins with the A+ Cert. Something for those who are beginners with computers and a little bit of a refresher. I may pursue that first, as it is offered at my local community college.

However, I came across a certification package that has a bunch of classes that add up to multiple certifications.

What I'm asking is, is this package of certifications a good start to be involved in IT departments? My original thought was working towards an MCSA, but I honestly have received lots of info, but no real direction on it.

I have attached a PDF of what courses aim towards which certifications.

What are your thoughts about these classes? Is this a good foundation? What else should I pursue?
