Can anyone recommend some good books for this course

I love studying from from books and I enjoyed the Mike Meyers A+ book so if anyone can recommend a few that would be great

The two books I'd recomend would be the Mike Meyers, and the Groth.

Different styles, MM is his usual chatty self, Groth much tighter.

IMHO they compliment each other.
