MS DB administrator over Office server synchronised with other DB

I seek an option to coordination between databases of arena seats data with a quick synchronism with Microsoft's database administrator.

The seats should run over DB of "Toptix" system, which most of it function as ticketing software but all tickets data should be synchronized with other arena data from MS database (which some of the DB's I guess will be accessed from the Office server).

How can I be sure Toptix DB will run well and I won't have to purchase other product by them in case it won't work?

Employ a Solutions Architect and/or DBA, have them look at the proposal, do a proof of concept, evaluation etc.
