Morning all,

I have been studying for the MCTS SQL 2008 exam and purchased the microsoft press book. I seem to have lost the CD with the practice exam program on it. Eeek! I would rather not have to pay for it again. Any ideas where I can get a copy or if microsoft do just the CD?
