Looking for an External hard drive

    I'm not current with prices, but I would normaly buy the enclosure and the drive separately - it is usualy cheaper! However - a complete system avoids messing about!

    The price is pretty o.k. A bit bulky though. Definitely wouldn't fit in your breast pocket.

    Not only is it cheaper... but you can also upgrade it later.

    Sounds like a fair deal to me but you might want to consider one that doesn't require external power..

    You can get slim USB external drives which don't need a power adapter, they have a laptop hard drive inside rather than a desktop one and will run straight from the USB power.
