    PERSONAL PROFILE

My strengths are my confidence and organisation skills. I am comfortable working both on my own and in a team environment. I am very friendly and outgoing individual. I am a reliable motivated, hard working individual who is also a good listener which is helpful when talking into account a customer’s problem. I take a balanced approach to life am respectful of opinions that differ from mine. I am very punctual and rarely miss a day and because of this I always stay on top of my work.

    PROFILE

Highly motivated with a desire to learn and add value to a company.
Interacts well with colleagues and customers to enable smooth working within a team, and also can work under own initiative.
Enthusiastic, methodical, business/customer focused, punctual and with communication skills, will be ideally suited to a helpdesk type role.

Try and change this to make you sound like an ideal candidate for the role you are trying to obtain, the above is something i think would work for a first role, where customer service skills will be more useful and IT skills will be taught, (and also learned in own time under own initiative)

I dont claim to be an in writing expert, but mine is along the same lines, but ive tried to play a different angle so to speak.

You have left your personal info in this one. It's much better than the awful one at the start.
Mention in your profile that you are industry certified.

Also move the hobbies section to the very end. Get the relevant work experience and certs/education af close to the top as possible. Unless you have won the world cup, an interest in football isn't "notable" to a hiring manager.

    Good luck

Another thing I recommend is at the END of your CV put some form of contact details, it adds a definitive end to your CV, after all, if I scrap your CV after reading the first paragraph then contact details wont matter.

Can imagine your dilemma, what I would say is have you been to interviews with both prospective employees?
If so who would you prefer to work with?

Also the Civica job seems more telephone type support and the college job will be more onsite, I worked for a college around 9 years ago, and tbh i enjoyed it, although it was a little laid back.

The choice is yours, but as well you should also factor in travel, wage, your co workers, the hours you will be required to work.

The college bit where it says you will receive training from the Network Admin sounds promising though.

    Good luck with your decision

I have to agree with whats been said, it looks a bit messy and seems as if you have just listed everything you use to beef it up. As for the time management bit, it looks a little pointless or could be worded better. You might aswell of put something like "Arriving at work 10 minutes early gives me time for a couple of tabs before I start" :D

Maybe you could have put "MY time management skills have improved greatly as I know my tasks for the day and can prioritise my workload accordingly" or something like that.

As said get rid of that border and the misunderstood part of wether you are in IT or wanting to get into IT. Put something along the lines of you wish to progress your career in IT and are willing to learn new skills etc etc.
