I applied for a 2nd line, desktop support job, had the interview 2 weeks ago and just got a call offering me it. I am overjoyed! No more taking service desk calls from the masses. Yay!

Oh come on thats the fun bit when a user asks that.
My ex-boss used to then label them an ID 10T user!!

I knew someone that would use the ID-ten-T label and another that used PEBKAC. I always liked PEBKAC. Easy to say to the user while making him/her laugh at the situation.

EDIT: P-E-B-K-A-C: Problem Exists Between Keyboard and Chair :)

Now you're in 2nd line, keep an eye out for those TCP/IP Layer 8 problems that will undoubtedly pop up ;)
