ITIL expert

    I passed my final intermediate exam today (Managing across the lifecycle) which makes me an ITIL Expert. I opted for the capability pathway which was 5 exams in total and it took about 6 months to get through them (had one failure).
    None of them were easy and they all required really knowing the material. All the courses I used were via The Art of Service and with the exams it cost about 3K altogether. You can only do an exam after taking an accredited course which makes things a bit expensive.

    Going to have a bit of a rest now! :morebeer

    Congrats on the pass mate, something that at some point I'd like to do, but for now the FITS Manager is enough for me :)
