    (1) I don't think Bob ships internationally, but you can send him an email and ask

    (2) The Last few kits I tried to order from him I got the "were out of xxxx" emails.

    Now given the choice I'd rather buy my kits from him since he's reliable and offers warranties with his equipment.

    Beware that there's a LOT of counterfeit Cisco equipment on eBay. We've seen quite a bit of it - we bought some counterfeit cards from a reseller of used Cisco eqipment, who bought them at auction. None of the WIC-DSU-T1s we bought from them could provide clean timing. Thankfully, the reseller took them back and provided us legitimate Cisco replacements.
