After doing a search the week previously i sent comsupport an e-mail asking some basic questions and i have received no reply. Parts of their website are not working and it just appears as a jumbled mess (some parts not working), is the company still trading?

A friend attended one of their courses and can't speak highly off them but with them not answering their e-mails and the horrible website, the question does need to be asked.

I'm a seasoned network engineer with 12 years experience, my company has unfortunately asked me to get cisco qualified, they will be funding me so if someone out there can recommend another provider i will be grateful.

They are definately still trading.

Just a thought, but have you tried phoning?

E-mails often get lost, deleted or end up in the spam bin by mistake.

Another e-mail still no reply. In my experience an organisation that can't be bothered to answer e-mails is one that doesn't care. Ah well looks like it's firebrand then.
