Hyper v in Windows 10

Hi, I have just enable hyper v on my windows 10 host machine. To create a VM for training for my sql server exams. All went well. But now on my host machine when I play my training videos I get a green screen or black screen. Sound is ok. I checked the video driver and it is still my old one. I got round the issue online by doing software rendering. But I can't get the videos saved locally to play.

Anyone had this before or can anyone point me in the right direction...
