    LOL. It did feel like that amount. It didnt help that there is a small wire that goes round the side of the screen from the base unit to the clip at the top (think it must have something to do with powering the laptop down when the lid is down), just wanted to rip the thing out the way! :biggrin

    The engineer told the client it would be a 5 minute job! When I get back to the office there will be trouble! :biggrin

    mate - an engineer was on call and had to log into a users computer, he called the helpdesk as he was having trouble logging in, we later found that the engineer was trying to log into the administrators account which wasn't the problem.

    The problem was... he couldn't spell administrator :blink
