Hi all - complete newbie here. I'm up a creek with no paddles at the moment as I'm really unsure of which training provider to go with but I am looking into A+ and MCSE certs. I've been in IT sales for 4 years now and so would like to be on the other side as I speak to IT managers every day. Anyone got any recommendations?

Greetings, Pipsmooth. I can't answer any of your questions about training providers since I've never used any of them. However, welcome to CertForums. I think you'll like it here. We are a friendly lot, if a bit loopy at times.
