Ive been in IT recruitment for 4 years, working on niche IT roles. Its been good but actually being in IT will be more fulfilling!! :D

    My Plan is A+, MCDST, N+ - Get a 1st line/ Service desk role

3-5 years exp take MCSA, MCSE

    what do you think?

Sounds okayish, just be aware microsoft recommend 6-12 months experience as a network admin before doing the MCSA and 12-18 month supporting a 250+ user multi server environment before getting the MCSE.
