Hi to all, Id like some advice please on the current IT Industry and what would be the best move to take after doing my A+ Exams?

What area of IT interests you? I would probably recommend Network + or a Windows 7 based cert next

 

CompTia N+ followed by Microsoft's 70-680 exam; Configuring Windows 7.

Hey guys, thanks for the reply...... yeah the N+ looks quite good as i was thinking down that route would be the best option and work towards network engineer job role.

 

I would work towards gaining employment in a desktop support role (preferably withing a small to medium size organisation) to take the first step on the ladder, Networking skills develop over time and you need some good background on the desktop as supporting 100+ desktops in an organisation will be a major part of that network engineers role.
