What sort of experience do you have? I'd like to point out that CCNA is for people with Cisco experience.

I would suggest you do A+, N+, MCDST first and keep applying for jobs.

There are many users on this forum who will be happy to offer sound advice as well as some users offering free CCNA webinars (but those are most likely cons so I wouldn't bother)
