    cant believe it, doesnt feel real! hah..

    after 200 or so apps and 4 interviews I finally landed something.

    so satisfying, took me about 4 months in total.

    That's what my job is which I just start a couple of weeks ago

    You'll be just fine, you might have some1 from the company just telling about taking calls and what to say .. n all, on my training they stuffed my brain with things like how to answer calls and provide good customer service how to deal with one of them difficult customers over n over n the usual .. you know , I'm sure you'll do just fine. And once you start if you have any Q's just stick em on here and you'll get your answers.
