Hello. I'm a new member here posting about the possibility of finding an entry level IT position. I have just started to study the Comptia A+ certificate and have found myself a part-time voluntary job as an assistant IT tutor, teaching people with limited IT skills Microsoft Office packages. My question is, will this be taken seriously for entry level positions say as a Helpdesk Technician as I have no IT experience previously? Also, once I've finished my Comptia A+ certification is it worthwhile to go for the Network + certificate straight away or wait until I have secured my first paid position? Any feedback on this matter would be great.
