Big fan of Resident Evil - just finished 5, but it's a shooty-bang-bang thing.

Also really into Civilization - tempted by the new one for the PS3, but finding it hard to let go of Civ 3.

Very addicted to Little Big Planet, it's a very beautiful thing. For kids...

Just played the demo of Mini Ninjas and might get that. And waiting for Modern Warfare 2.

Fall out 3 is good but I never got addicted to it like Oblivion.

Any of the Total war games

    World in conflict

and Eidos have just released Hitman the Ultimate contract box set with all 4 Hitman games plus the people who made both Deus Ex games have released a box set with both games too.

    All good games imo

Team Fortress 2 is good fun. Used to play EVE-Online but stopped once it became full time job and not fun anymore.

I'm still trying to fininsh Oblivion after having it for about 8 months.

    Fallout 3 was phenomenal.

I know it's not RPG, but Dead Space was one of the most impressive games I have ever seen, I really think that has taken the lead from Res Evil for the survival horror genre by far. That game really did give me the willies

I'm more of an FPS geek... Even did some work for Epic/Ion Storm/Croteam back in the days.

Unfortunately haven't had time to do any more contract work of this type :(

My latest PC runs all the latest games really well however, finished Crysis Warhead just last night. Nice graphics :D

Great game and the first time I've been scared for years! That bit at the start where your tem get wiped out and you have to run, and the monster sticks its claws in the elevator doors. Brilliant

Played the demo and it scared me to death.

    Just finished Resi 5.
Great game but it's gone all FP shooter and not enough horror/adventure.
It's also a bit too easy compared to some of the others. Nemesis still my favorite. :biggrin

For those of you that haven't tried it, I also recommend Bioshock.
Much more frighteningly atmospheric than RE with some beautiful graphics on the PS3.
The water effects are astonishing, and the fact that you are underwater the whole time adds to the claustrophobia - lots of leaking and dripping.

There are also several ways you can play the game - effectively as a goodie or baddie, straight forward shooty bang-bang or by using adaptable genetic nastiness. Very nice.

I am playing it again for the fourth time.

Finished once on the xbox360 and have done it twice on the pc, this time I am aiming to close all of the oblivion gates and every single quest which might take some time. The most hours I've spent on it before I could find anything else to do was 236 hours but I know there's another 14 in there somewhere :D
