Sorry for the delay in reply ing to the thread, must have missed it first time round,

I am currently working throught RIS (remote instalation services) from the sybex book, however, I have the MS Press book too so i tend to read the same chapter in both books before moving on, sees to help it sink in a little better, having it explained slightly differently.

Sounds like a good idea to me for us to work through the books and try to crack them together, God knows i could do with the help.

I know what you mean about the kids wanting the computer, however recently it's been the other way round for me, BLAST that 'Habbo Hotel', with 4 machines in the house with internet access, i still cant get online at times.

Wo is me.

 

Haven't had much time to hit the books lately. Worked late again last night then got "kidnapped" to go shopping. A friend of mine in Canada does IT training and has put together a bunch of study materials for the 70-210 for me (she did the same for me when I was studying for my CCNA). That will likely expand the range of resources available to me. I'll let you know where I stand when it arrives.

That is a long story that I'll probably include in my "Quality Logic" thread in the "jobs" forum. Let's just say I'll probably be doing a phone interview on my lunch break today. We'll see...
