So does this mean you could take all 3 exams plus the essentials one and be designated as all three?

I don't see why not, although I would just go for one if i decided to keep it updated.

Well, since getting A+ certified in 2003, I have yet for it to make a difference in an interview or landing a job.

Cheek- As long as you make the cut off date, i wouldn't worry- i won't be updating mine.

Zimbo- I agree, £140 list price each is too expensive in my opinion.

Geek- Cheek makes a fair point about your certs. If I were a heart surgeon, i think i would leave out the first aid bit.

True.....but would I still be able to subnet the main artery to the left ventricle? How many veins would that give me to use in the bloodstream?

so *who* would be looking to upgrade then?? I mean if you got certfied lets say in 2004 and now work with a MCSA or CCNA role for example - are you really going to even look at comptia's upgrade? i wouldnt....

I suppose I would seeing as I don't hold any Comptia certs and I'd probably start them after the upgraded syllabus.
