Really ? I'd agree that the quality of their training is very good, almost excellent in fact in the amount of info they manage to get across in such a short time, as far as the sales staff go though they get a big fat Fail from me. I know they are only trying to reach their targets, but they have some of the pushiest sales people I've ever come across.
Maybe I should clarify when I say "some", as it normally seems to be the same person I end up speaking to, but I certainly wouldn't put it past that particular individual to spam a website.
