hey all ok i have decieded through much resaerch and feedback i am not going ahead with my st/scheidegger course in A+ N+ and CCNA.alot of bad press on here an d on watchdog (bbc) and other sites and my telephone call to them 30mins ago just sumedit up for me.

if any of you could help me here as i am useless at writting stuff like this.

Keep it short, sweet and simple.

Something along the lines of:

Dear Sir,

Please not that I no longer wish to persue my xyz course with you and accept this letter as my notice of cancellation, as per the cooling off period identified in x document.

Yours.....



No point in beating around the bush.

Nope, your reasons are personal and none of their business, if you're within your cooling off period you have the right to simply tell them you're cancelling.

 

On the other hand, if you're outside your cooling off period, you do need to give reasons.
Basically you have to show that it would be unreasonable for them to expect you to continue. The more info you can give the better.

 

And send everything by recorded delivery.

i had a company before asking me to send stuff by rec. del. with in 7 days i did on the 4th day. they said it was to l8 etc etc.

just as well it went rec.del.
