    Calling all UKOnline users!

Have you noticed any change in speed in your connection recently?

UKOL uses several different methods of connection for its users.

    Which one are you on?

    i.e. Dial or broadband,
    if dial - what number
if broadband what type (option 2 or option 4 if you know it, otherwise the domain part of your address if you don't know it)

Um - makes it hard to suggest what might be the problem.

Another way of determining the difference - do you know if you have LLU, or is it UKOL branding of a BT wholesale product?

Probably a better place to check would be here as it is hosted in the UK, so any delays to the USA wouldn't cloud the issue.

Glad you got it working. :biggrin

I have to say that some of the BT modems are sub-optimal for working with other ISPs.

And UKOL usualy use an Actiontec modem for some of their accounts, which is rather a good one.
